What is your returns policy? 2

Within 14 days from dispatch, we promise to refund, or exchange any items that you are not completely happy with, when you return the item to us in its original, saleable condition. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method. It can take up to 14 working days to process your return from the time it is received at the returns department.

Please note - the cost and method of returning items is the responsibility of the customer. We do however recommend using a recorded service, or acquiring a proof of posting certificate. 

How do I return items to you?

Please locate the returns form enclosed in your Walk Wear Package, or download it here. Send the completed returns form in the package with the item you wish to return to the following address:

Walk Wear Returns Department, York House, Wetherby Road, Long Marston, York, YO26 7NH

It can take up to 14 working days to process your return from the time it is received at the returns department.

What happens if I receive an incorrect item or my order arrives late?

In such circumstances, we will be happy to issue a refund or replacement for the incorrect/late item. If you are sending the incorrect item back to us, we will refund your postage cost. A replacement item will be dispatched using our standard postage service; you will however have the option to pay for an express delivery if required.

What happens if my item is faulty?

  • Up to six months from the date you buy your product you can ask for a refund or a replacement to be considered. We will then examine the item and establish if the fault was there at the point of shipment. Any replacements or refunds will be at our discretion. Please note - the cost and method of returning items is the responsibility of the customer. We do however recommend using a recorded service, or acquiring a proof of posting certificate.
  • After six months from the date you buy your product we are unable to provide a refund or replacement.

What if I change my mind about my order before it has been dispatched?

If you change your mind or want to amend your order it is always better for both of us if you let us know as soon as possible so that we can stop the order from leaving us. We suggest that you call us on +44 (0)845 076 6358 or send an email immediately.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

A refund to your Credit / Debit card can take up to 7 working days following approval.
