Q. What is WalkWear?
A. WalkWear is part of Walk the Walk Worldwide and is our trading company for walk specific merchandise.

Q. Where is my Finishers' T-shirt?

A. Finishers' t-shirts will be dispatched  one month from the date of your order. As 100% of Walkwear's profits go directly to Walk The Walk, each t-shirt is printed as per each order, to reduce the ammount of left over t-shirts. Q. What happens if a parcel goes missing in the post?

Q. If an item is delivered and we have made an error (wrong item, damaged goods, late delivery for example) what happens?
A. Please call +44 (0)845 076 6358 or send an email. In these circumstances we will also refund you with the original shipping cost.

Q. Can I change my mind if I don't like the item or if it doesn't fit?
A. If you change your mind or want to amend your order it is always better for both of us if you let us know as soon as possible so that we can stop the order from leaving us. In addition to the Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to change your mind and return the goods to us up to Fourteen (14) working days after receipt of your order. Under these circumstances we will not refund shipping and it is your responsibility to arrange for and pay for the return.

Q. What are the delivery options?
A. UK Express Delivery - 1 working days from dispatch - £7.50. On Express Delivery UK orders over £150 are now free!

UK Standard Delivery - 2  working days from dispatch - £4.95. On Standard Delivery UK orders over £99 are now free!

Overseas locations will have varying postage costs that you will be made aware of when you checkout. 

Orders being sent to countries outside of the EU may be subject to custom clearance and taxes. Please note that WalkWear are not liable for these charges; they are to be paid by the receiver.

Q. Can I make a donation during my purchase?
A. Yes. Once you have decided that you would like to check out then you can add a donation before entering your payment details.

Q. Can I place an order by telephone?
A. No. We want to keep your credit card details as secure as possible so ordering is only available online.

Q. What currency do you accept?
A. We accept Pounds sterling only.

Q. What credit cards do you take?
A. Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express.

Q. Why does a message appear regarding 3D Secure Authentication after I have placed my order?
A. 3D Secure Authentication was set up by Visa and MasterCard as a way to protect your card transactions on-line. It works by linking your card with a unique password which you will be asked to register when you enrol on the scheme. The 3D Secure page is controlled by your card issuing bank which ensures the security of your personal details.

If you are not enrolled on the scheme you will see a secure registration page when you check out. This page will take you through the steps you will need to follow in order to register your card to 3D Secure. You will asked for information such as your card's CVN number (the last 3 digits on the back of the card's signature strip). Once you have registered your card the same password will be valid when you shop with any other online retailers who participate in 3D Secure.

If you have already registered your card you will simply need to verify the transaction by entering your unique password.

If you do not wish to enrol your card on 3D Secure in some cases your payment can still be processed as the number of times you can bypass enrolment is determined by your card issuing bank. In this instance you will be notified on the 3D Secure page. However we advise that you do enrol on the scheme as it increases your security when shopping online.

Q. When I place my order how quickly is it dispatched?
A. Orders placed on a working day, will be dispatched within 48 hours of receiving your order. However, at peak periods (May, June and new product launches for example) it may take a little longer.

Q. Which countries do you deliver to?
A. We deliver to the UK, USA and EU member states.

Q. How many items can I order at one time?
A. There is no limit, provided that there is enough stock, to the amount you can order.
