Returns Policy
Information about how to return an order is included with each shipped order along with your packing slip. It takes us approximately 2 weeks to process your return once we receive it at our warehouse. After it is processed, we are happy to provide a product refund to the purchaser. If the order was a gift, please write the returns number on th back of the invoice. A returns number can be obtained by calling our service centre on +44 (0)870 750 7024.
If we have made an error (wrong item, damaged goods, late delivery for example) and you no longer want the product then you will need to return the product in line with the process identified on your returns slip. In these circumstances we will also refund you with the original shipping cost and the cost of the return shipping to us. You will need to provide proof of the return shipping cost for us to process your refund correctly. If you do not provide proof we will refund you the equivalent value that we charge you for outward shipping. All Videos, CD Roms, DVDs and Audio tapes returned with the outer seal broken cannot be refunded.
If you change your mind or want to amend your order it is always better for both of us if you let us know as soon as possible so that we can stop the order from leaving us. You have the right to change your mind and return the goods to us up to Fourteen (14) working days after receipt of your order. Under these circumstances we will not refund shipping and it is your responsibility to arrange for and pay for the return.
