When you order, we need to know your name, billing address, e-mail address, telephone number, delivery address, credit or debit card number and expiry date. This allows us to process and fulfill your orders and enables us to contact you regarding the orders. For deliveries, your Shipping Address and your phone number will be given to our carriers and in certain circumstances to Customs. This will enable our carriers to successfully complete delivery of your orders.

We hold your information in our database on one of our secure servers in London. Our servers use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), an encryption technology which mean only our Administrators and Senior Management have password protected access to this data.

We use streamline in order to take payment. Payment will only be taken once we have dispatched your order to you. Streamline use software to check for fraudulent use and link to the banks to check for credit limits and notification of lost and stolen cards. You can learn more about this service at www.streamline.co.uk. .We use this data to cross reference payments received with the order value for accounts reconciliation and also to enable us to refund you if you return a product to us.

We will also use your personal information to advise you by email of promotional offers as and when they arise. We are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect on the site to make shopping at the WalkWear possible and to enhance the overall shopping experience. We do not currently sell, trade or rent your personal information to others.
