Q. What is WalkWear?
A. WalkWear is part of Walk the Walk Worldwide and is our trading company for walk specific merchandise

Q. Can I order through the main Walk the Walk phone number?
A. We are always happy to hear from people who would like to place an order, however the best telephone number to call is +44 (0) 870 750 7024

Q. I seem to be having problems in adding items to 'my basket'
A. WalkWear uses 'cookies,' so please make sure that they are enabled on your computer. If you are having any further problems please contact us on +44 (0) 870 750 7024

Q. What happens if a parcel goes missing in the post?
A. Please call +44 (0) 870 750 7024. If you have had your order sent by Express then we will be able to track it for you

Q. If an item is delivered and we have made an error (wrong item, damaged goods, late delivery for example) what happens?
A. Please return the item along with your returns slip (which can be found attached to your invoice). In these circumstances we will also refund you with the original shipping cost and the cost of the return shipping to us. You will need to provide proof of the return shipping cost for us to process your refund correctly. If you do not provide proof we will refund you the equivalent value that we charge you for outward shipping.

Q. Can I change my mind if I don't like the item or if it doesn't fit?
A. If you change your mind or want to amend your order it is always better for both of us if you let us know as soon as possible so that we can stop the order from leaving us. You have the right to change your mind and return the goods to us up to Fourteen (14) working days after receipt of your order. Under these circumstances we will not refund shipping and it is your responsibility to arrange for and pay for the return.

Q. Can I pay by cheque?
A. Payment by cheque can be made however we will require 7 working days to allow your cheque to clear

A. UK Standard - 5 working days - £3.95. UK Express - 2 working days - £5.95
European Standard - 10 Working Days - £7.00
(within EU member states excluding Greece, Cyprus and Malta)
European Express - 2 Working Days - £12.50

Q. Can I make a donation during my purchase?
A. Yes. Once you have decided that you would like to check out then you can add a donation before entering your payment details

Q. When I place my order how quickly is it dispatched?
A. We aim to dispatch items within 24 hours of receiving your order. However at peak periods (Christmas for example) it may take a little longer

A. We deliver to the UK, USA and EU member states

Q. How many items can I order at one time?
A. There is no limit, provided that there is enough stock, to the amount you can order

Product Zoom Help

What is product zoom?

Product zoom allows you to view a high resolution image of your selected product. By giving you control over the image, you can choose certain parts to view in more detail.

How do I use it?

Product Zoom can be controlled in 2 different ways.

1. Moving and Clicking Your Mouse

Click and hold your left mouse button on any part of the image. Keeping the mouse button held, move you mouse in any direction. The image should move allowing you to center a part of the image.
Release the mouse button and perform a single left click with the mouse on a part of the image you want to view in more detail. This should zoom the view into the image. Further clicks will increase the level off zoom.

2. Using the Product Zoom control panel.

The control panel features 3 different sets of control.

1. The Plus and Minus buttons.
These control the level of zoom. 'Plus' zooms in on the image. Whilst 'Minus' Zooms out

2. The arrows
The arrows control the position of the image. Each arrow will move the image in the direction of the arrow.

3. The reset button.
This resets all changes and places the image in the center with no zoom.

I can't see a product image / The image takes a long time to appear

If you are on a slow internet connection, or if for some reason your internet connection is running slowly, you may have issues with Product Zoom.
Because of this, you may need to turn Product Zoom off. To do this, click on the link at the right hand side labelled "Turn Product Zoom Off"
You will now see a normal image istead of the Product Zoom control. You can turn Product Zoom back on at any time by clicking the link again.
