What is your returns policy?

We promise to refund, or exchange any items that you are not completely happy with, when you return the item to us in its original, saleable condition. The unwanted item should be returned by post within 14 days of dispatch. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

All videos, CD Roms, DVDs and audio tapes returned with the outer seal broken, cannot be returned.

It can take up to 14 working days to process your return from the time it is received at the returns department.

All exchanges will be dispatched FOC via Royal Mail, you will however have the option to pay for a couriered express delivery if required.

Please note, the cost and method of returning items is the responsibility of the customer. We do however recommend using a recorded service, or acquiring a proof of posting certificate.

We will usually refund you what you paid for the items, but not the delivery charge, except in cases where the order was cancelled under the UK Distance Selling Regulations.

 How do I return items to you?

Please locate the returns form enclosed in your Walk Wear Package, or download it here.

Please send the completed returns form in the package with the item you wish to return to the following address:

What happens if I receive a faulty/incorrect item or my order arrives late?

In such circumstances, we will be happy to issue a refund or replacement for the faulty/incorrect/late  item. We will also refund the cost of returns shipping, if proof of payment is provided.

What if I change my mind about my order before it has been dispatched?

If you change your mind or want to amend your order it is always better for both of us if you let us know as soon as possible so that we can stop the order from leaving us.

How long does it take to receive my refund?

A refund to your Credit / Debit card can take up to 7 working days following approval. 

Will I be refunded my delivery charge?
