WalkWear is committed to providing the best customer service possible.

Returning Unwanted Items

We promise to refund, or exchange any items that you are not completely happy with, when you return the item to us in its original, saleable condition. The unwanted item should be returned by post within 7 days of receipt. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.

Please include a copy of the following information with your returned item -

• Original order number
• Name, address and a contact telephone number
• An explanation of the reason for returning your item.

All videos, CD Roms, DVDs and audio tapes returned with the outer seal broken, cannot be returned.

It can take up to 14 working days to process your return from the time it is received at the returns department.

All exchanges will be dispatched FOC via Royal Mail, you will however have the option to pay for a couriered express delivery if required.

Please note, the cost and method of returning items is the responsibility of the customer. We do however recommend using a recorded service, or acquiring a proof of posting certificate.

We will usually refund you what you paid for the items, but not the delivery charge, except in cases where the order was cancelled under the UK Distance Selling Regulations.

Returning items if we have made an error, damaged goods or late delivery.

In such circumstances, we will be happy to refund the cost of return shipping, if proof of payment is provided.

Changing your mind before we dispatch:

 If you change your mind or want to amend your order it is always better for both of us if you let us know as soon as possible so that we can stop the order from leaving us.
